At different times throughout my career, capturing queer stories has felt radical, inspiring, and affirming. Now more than ever, it is the photography that feels the most personal, and I want that to radiate from your photos. Your love, your chosen family, and the journey that led to this biggest moment yet. All of it is so important and should be celebrated and seen. I take so much pride in the Lgbtq+ community because it is MY community, too. You deserve to share your most treasured moments with an Lgbt photographer who will recognize the joy and resilience in them.
But don’t hire me to shoot your queer wedding just because I’m a queer person, hire me to shoot your queer wedding because I have 10 plus years of experience as an Lgbt photographer, documenting queer love stories, posing queer bodies, and capturing the big and small parts of queer lives that make them extraordinary and ordinary. Trust me, you won’t get any pronoun blunders from me or my contracts! (That’s the worst!)
