A full day of outdoor engagement session photos with Becca & Elliot
For our outdoor engagement session photos started at their adorable mid-century home in Aurora, getting lots of snuggly photos with their fur babies. I love at-home sessions where I simply get to document people’s routines and the things that bring them the most joy. For Becca and Elliot, it was sharing tea and playing scrabble.
Next, we made our way to Becca’s Dad’s garage, where he specializes in fixing up British roadsters.
Becca and I bonded on this immediately because my dad has A Triumph TR4 and has been to her dad’s shop many times over the year.
When I knew we had the opportunity to take some photo in one of her dad’s vintage cars I couldn’t pass it up.
Next, Lookout Mountain was calling.
For the outdoor engagement session photos, we got some lunch. Then, we made our way up the hill to get some sunshine, great views, and the most playful photos of these two.
The day ended with Becca taking us on an architectural tour of Curtis Park.
Becca loves old buildings and can tell you anything you want to know about most properties in Denver. Trust me, I have reached out numerous times to get the scoop on old houses and buildings I like around town. As the sun began to fall lower in the sky the colors of the murals and buildings became more and more vibrant and we got some lovely photos of these two in their element in one of their favorite neighborhoods.
